At Bela Vida Gifts, we stand behind our high-quality products, our precise personalization and our exceptional service because we know how important every life moment is, and we’re honored to be invited to each of yours.

Orders without custom engraving can be return for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. You will be required to cover shipping on return orders that were not done in error.

Orders that contain custom engraving are non-refundable. In the event there was a mistake made by the engraver, a replacement will be sent at no charge. Please email BelaVidaGifts@gmail.com with any additional questions.
