What are my shipping options?

Shipping is included with the cost of your item. Items weighing less than one pound will ship via First Class Mail. Items weighing more than one pound will ship via Priority Mail. Expedited shipping options are also available at the customer’s expense.

When will my order ship?

Most orders ship within 1-2 business days of the time it was ordered and all mail is dropped off at the end of the day. Customization does not delay your order.

When will I receive my order?

How do I place an international order?

Bela Vida Gifts is not offering international shipping at this time; however, we will be offering it in the future.

How do I track my order online?

When your order leaves our Fulfillment Center, we will send you an email with a link to the shipping company's tracking number, which will include detailed information about the status and location of your order on their website.

How do I ship to APO/FPO addresses?

Place your order as usual and select the Standard Delivery shipping method during Checkout (this is the only shipping method we use for APO/FPO). Please allow at least 2 additional weeks for delivery.

How much does personalization cost?

Personalization ranges from $10 - $20 per surface depending on the item. Please see product listing for specific engraving cost.

How do I personalize a gift on your site?

Follow the instructions at check-out to add custom engraving to your gift.

What font styles do you offer?

We offer a wide range of fonts and have access to any font available in Microsoft Word. Since there are so many fonts to choose from, we narrowed the selection down to a few; however, if there is a font you prefer that isn’t on the list, please don’t hesitate to email us to see if we have access to it.

How do I give more specific engraving instructions?

In the event your engraving requires additional instructions, please include as much detail in the Special Instructions section or email customer service at Support@BelaVidaGifts.com.

How do I personalize a gift with a logo?

We can convert most artwork into an engravable format. Feel free to submit your artwork to customer service for approval at Support@BelaVidaGifts.com. Once approved, there is a one-time $25 artwork fee to convert your artwork and may result in additional engraving cost depending on the complexity of the art.

Do I have to create an account if I want to order online?

No.

What methods of payment do you accept?

All major credit cards, debit cards and Paypal.

Can I order by telephone?

Any orders with custom engraving must be placed online.

Can I order online and pick up at the store?

Only in special circumstances. Please email customer service for additional information at Support@BelaVidaGifts.com.

Where are your stores located and what are their hours?

We are an online only shop and can be reached between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm PST.

How do I get an order direct billed or use a purchase order?

I can't find an item on your site; can I still order it?

Please reach out to customer service at Support@BelaVidaGifts.com to ensure the item is still available.

Can I get a discount if I purchase a large quantity of gifts?

Quantity discounts are available and typically start at a minimum of 10 units. Please email Support@BelaVidaGifts.com for information on pricing and availability.

How can I inquire about or change my order?

Can I place an item on backorder?

In some situations, we do allow this, but you’ll want to reach out to Support@BelaVidaGifts.com for more details.

How can I get a price quote for a business or large order?

How do I use my Tax Exemption ID on my order?

Please call a Business Accounts Representative at (877) 869-3455 to place your order, and when you call, please be ready to provide a copy of your tax exemption form.

California requires the following notice. At Bela Vida Gifts, we stand behind our high-quality products, our precise personalization and our exceptional service because we know how important every life moment is, and we’re honored to be invited to each of yours. Orders without custom engraving can be return for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. You will be required to cover shipping on return orders that were not done in error. Orders that contain custom engraving are non-refundable. In the event there was a mistake made by the engraver, a replacement will be sent at no charge.
