Shipping Policy
Bela Vida Gifts and its staff know how anxious you are to receive your items and make every effort to get your order shipped out as soon as possible. Shipping times are listed below. Inventory can occasionally affect ship times, though this will be thoroughly communicated through the email you provide.
- In stock items ship within 1-3 business days.
- In stock items at vendor ships within 5-7 business days.
If an item is out of stock, you will be notified immediately on when the item will be available. In the event the item will not be available in time for your occasion, you will be issued a full refund.
How Much is Shipping?
Shipping cost is built into the price of the product. The only additional cost you should incur would be applicable tax and expedited shipping cost. In the event of a large order with quantity discounts, you would then be responsible for the shipping costs. Expedited shipping is available upon request and is the responsibility of the customer to pay. Bela Vida Gifts currently only offers free shipping in the United States. International orders are not eligible for free shipping and would be the responsibility of the customer.
